Art Festival Shuttle for Promontory August 3 - 5, 2018  

Four Seasons Concierge, Park City's "Highest Rated" and "Most Reviewed" Transportation Service is excited to partner with Promontory and provide a "Shared Shuttle" service between Promontory and Main Street for the Kimball Art Festival. Transportation will be provided in Four Seasons Concierge's brand new 2018 Grech GM33 Mini Bus, that can seatup to 31 Passengers at a time.

This service provides a Shuttle Service for between Promontory and Main Street in Park City for the Kimball Art Festival...

We will pick-up and drop-off at The Shed at Promontory. We will pick-up and drop-off on Swede Alley behind the Post Office in Historic Park City.  

Shuttle Service is on a "First Come, First Serve Basis" and limited to 31 Passengers per Trip. We highly encourage you to book your "Round Trip" ride back to Promontory when making your reservation for the ride from Promontory to Main Street.

Want a ride at another time? Planning on staying at Main Street later? Do you prefer Door-To-Door Service? Would you prefer a Private SUV?

What is the cost for the "Shared Shuttle"? The "Shared Shuttle" is $15 Per Person (Each Way)... so $30 Round Trip. We highly encourage you to schedule your "return" at the time you are making the initial reservation, as seats are limited and are at a "First Come... First Serve" basis. 

What if I don't want a "Shared Shuttle" ride? If you would prefer a "Private SUV" ride to or from the Kimball Art Festival, please visit www.fsparkcity.com/reserve to book a "Non-Shared" ride. Please note, these rides are distance based and are NOT priced at $15 each way?

What if I want a ride at a different time? If you would prefer a ride to or from the Kimball Art Festival at a different time, please visit www.fsparkcity.com/reserve to book a "Private SUV" ride. Please note, these rides are distance based and are NOT priced at $15 each way?

What time do you recommend that we get to the "Pick-Up" location? We recommend getting to the "Pick-Up" location at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled loading time. The Shuttle is on a schedule and cannot wait for late Passengers.

What happens if I miss my scheduled Shuttle? We will attempt to place you on the next Shuttle, based on availability. Should you opt for another form of transportation, please be aware that we will not be able to offer a refund in the event that you miss the Shuttle.

What if we need a Booster Seat or Car Seat? Four Seasons Concierge offers complimentary Booster Seats and Car Seats for future members of the US Olympic Ski and Snowboard Team. Please be sure to request any Child Seats when making your reservation.

Is there a discounted price for Children or Babies? All Passengers are required to be in their own seat. For safety reasons, we cannot allow people to stand or sit on laps. As seating is limited on each Shuttle, there is no discounted price for Children or Babies. Depending on the popularity of this service, it may be something that is considered for future Shuttles.
