What's a "Rockstar" Arrival?

When you land and exit the Jetway into the Terminal, a VIP Greeter will be there with you name on a sign and escort you through the Airport to the Baggage Claim Area.

When you reach the Baggage Claim Area, your VIP Greeter will get a Luggage Cart (if needed) and gather all your Luggage for you.

Once all of your Luggage has been gathered, they will communicate with your Chauffeur and let them know you are ready to be picked up. They'll then walk you to your Chauffeur who will be on the curb.

What's a "Rockstar" Departure?

As you near the Airport, your VIP Greeter will be notified of your arrival and will meet you on the curb as your Chauffeur drops enters the Airport.

Your VIP Greeter will then escort you and all your luggage to the upper level to expedite your check in with your airline.

Don't have TSA/CLEAR?
Hate long lines at TSA?
Don't worry your VIP Greeter will take you to the FRONT OF THE LINE and get you through security like a ROCKSTAR!

After you clear TSA Security, your VIP Greeter will escort you to your Departure Gate.
