Shuttle Service through Four Seasons Concierge Transportation will be provided
to/from the Park City Peaks Hotel (2346 Park Avenue, Park City, UT 84060) at 3:15PM.

For those driving to the Ceremony...
Park at Silver Creek Mailboxes/School Bus Turnaround (one block past the Sinclair Gas Station on the left).
Shuttle service will be provided starting at 3:30PM - 3:40PM.

Shuttle Service back to the Silver Creek and the Park City Peaks Hotel will be provided from 8:00PM - 10:00PM.
The Last Bus will continue onto The Cabin on Main Street for the After Party.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need a car when I visit Park City?

Due to limited parking at many properties, many of the properties offering complimentary in-town shuttles and the FREE Public Bus system, we highly encourage you to consider not renting a vehicle. Transportation to and from many of the Wedding Activities will be provided. Four Seasons Concierge is also available to provide you with any in-town transportation needs as well.

How long does it take to travel to Park City from the Salt Lake City International Airport? 

The trip from the Airport takes about 45 minutes, depending on the location in Park City you are staying at.

What time do you recommend leaving Park City to return to the Airport?

Four Seasons Concierge recommends leaving Park City 2.5 hours prior to your departure time. You should arrive at the Airport about 1.5 hours prior to departure. Of course, if you prefer to leave earlier, Four Seasons Concierge will be more than willing to pick you up at your preferred departure time. Please note, those not flying on Delta Airlines have about a 20 minute walk once you clear TSA to your Terminal B Gate.

What about Uber and Lyft?

While Uber and Lyft are available in Park City, they are not reliable. The will often cancel the ride when they realize it is a trip to the Airport or simply not show up (even if you "schedule" the ride in advance). If you really want to use them for rides to the Airport, we recommend requesting a ride AT LEAST 3 hours prior to your Flight's Departure Time.

What if we need a Booster Seat or Car Seat?

Four Seasons Concierge offers complimentary Booster Seats and Car Seats for future members of the US Olympic Ski and Snowboard Team. Please be sure to request any Child Seats when making your reservation.

How do I make a reservation with Four Seasons Concierge?

Why do I have to provide my Fight Information to Four Seasons Concierge?

Four Seasons Concierge will track your flight and ensure that a vehicle is on-site for you when you land. There is no need to let them know if your flight is delayed... or will be arriving early. However, if you change flights, please let Four Seasons Concierge know so they can adjust their systems. The easiest way to inform Four Seasons Concierge is to reply to any of the emails you have received (as that will have your Trip's Confirmation # on it)... alternatively you can also call their 24/7 Dispatch Team at 435-215-7200.

I have some free time while in Park City (or perhaps you are arriving earlier or staying later)... what activites are there to do?

Park City has over 400 miles of Biking and Hiking Trails, amazing Art Galleries, delicious award winning restaurants, and lots to see--including the Utah Olympic Park--site of the 2002 Winter Olympics. If you need suggestions or recommendations for any activities or restaurants, please feel free to reach out to Four Seasons Concierge for assistance.
